Gravity Games H2O- December 2006

gravitygamesThis years Gravity Games H2O will be held from Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 December 2006 at McCallum Park in Vic Park (Swan River foreshore).

The Gravity Games H2O return to Perth for the 3rd time in 2006. McCallum Park, Victoria Park is the perfect choice of venue for the H2O activities of Wake Boarding, Thundercat Racing and new to the 2006 medal event schedule, Jetski Racing. This years event will also feature all of the high flying action of the Vert Demo’s in Skateboarding, BMX and Inline, as well as the death defying antics of the those crazy Freestyle Motocross Riders and much more.

The G-Fest rock music festival is held on Thursday night.
On the other afternoons and evening, there will be free gigs at the Gravity Village stage, the program announced on Fasterlouder.com.au as follows:

Friday:
1.45: The Reserves
5.50: Calerway
Saturday:
4.00: The Yeah Nahs
6.20: Gigantic
7.25: Sugar Army
Sunday:
1.30: Antistatic

    Hopefully whoever is in charge of the music during the festival will have a clue, and play some appropriate music. Lets not play Coldplay again (slit your wrist music) during a hyped up, amped, extreme sport atmosphere.

    Get a clue guys.

    Careful what you say about Coldplay, i like them :p
    But I can understand it doesn’t make that much sense for an event like this!

    Now, please, no more ’slit your wrist’ type comments, cos I’ll have to block your comments, and I don’t really want to do that, because I like getting comments!!

    So, do you like the bands that will be playing at G-Fest 1? The other concert should be announced soon….

    Hey Kristin,

    I’m fine with you not liking Coldplay (it’s good not everyone likes the same things, the world would be boring!), but please don’t use ‘gay’ as a put down. And really, if you could have just not mentioned them at all….!
